All fabric and wallpaper yardage and pillow orders are printed to order and, therefore, are customized specifically for you. As such, all fabric and wallpaper yardage and pillow orders are FINAL SALE. Please check all details of your order like measurements, size, features, and color prior to ordering.

Be sure to inspect all fabric and wallpaper prior to cutting. No returns or exchanges can be given after goods have been cut, treated, or altered in any way. Returns are not accepted unless there are significant issues with your order.

Once you have received your order, we request that you inform us of any problems within 2 business days. Our team will discuss any issues and print any re-runs that may be necessary.

We offer customizations for all of our fabric and wallpapers to members of the trade only. When it comes to fabric, you can color match by specifying a paint color or a Pantone/CMYK/RGB color value, request a specific ground (like a performance poly or a cotton), and adjust scale. For wallpaper, we offer the same color matching services and have access to various grounds (such as grasscloth and peel-and-stick).

All sample orders ship out via USPS and take approximately 1 week to receive. All fabric and wallpaper yardage and pillow orders are printed-to-order and take 3 - 4 weeks from order input to receive.

Lead times for custom orders are dependent upon the complexity of the project and the client's responsiveness.

Elliston House fabrics and wallpapers are digitally printed in the US using state-of-the-art technology. Our water-based dyes are eco-friendly and our print-on-demand process produces minimal waste. All of our pillows are printed-to-order, cut, and sewn in the Southeast.

Elliston House offers multiple fabric grounds - a linen, a linen-cotton blend, an oatmeal linen, a polyester, and a solution-dyed acrylic.

Natural fibers, such as linen and cotton, are wonderful options for window treatments, cushions / light upholstery, pillows, and table linens / accessories. For heavy duty / high-traffic upholstery, we recommend polyster and solution-dyed acyrlic grounds. If you would like a pattern that comes on linen to be printed on a different ground, please contact us to discuss.

All fabric yardage orders have a 3 yard minimum.

Samples are available for all of our SKUs on our website.

We do not offer Cuttings for Approval (CFA) at this time since our fabrics are digitally printed. We recommend placing a yardage order no later than 3 months after receiving a sample for the closest, most accurate yardage, since dye lots vary. Please order all yardage needed for one job at one time for quality assurance.

Elliston House currently offers clay coated wallpaper, wide width smooth paper, grasscloth, and type II vinyl by the yard.

All wallpaper is priced, sold, and printed by the yard, not the roll. This means less waste - yay!

There are no wallpaper yardage minimums.

Samples are available for all of our wallpaper SKUs on our website.

All clay coated wallpaper designs are 27"W printed on 29"W rolls, leaving a 1" bleed on either side for easy installation.

All wide width smooth paper panels are 52"W printed on 54"W rolls with a 1" bleed.

All grasscloth wallcovering designs are 36"W printed on 38"W rolls (leaving a 1" bleed for trimming and easy installation).

All Type II Vinyl wallcovering designs are 52"W printed on 54"W rolls with a 1" bleed.

Our Archive Collection features retired SKUs that we no longer keep in regular stock. Because these designs are archived, we do not keep physical samples on hand. Any sample you order from this collection will be a printed-to-order strike-off, which is a custom one-off print created just for you. Please note: strike-offs are priced higher than our standard samples to account for this special printing process. Archive Collection yardage is printed on demand and is offered at the same price and quality as our in-line collection fabrics.This approach lets us keep beloved designs available while minimizing waste and ensuring every piece is freshly printed for your project.

All of our pillows are printed to order in 3-4 weeks. As such, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Our pillows are printed on front and back, and come with an insert.

All fabric and wallpaper SKUs are available in sample sizes. Our sample sizes range from 6"x6" for our smaller scale patterns to 12"x12" for our larger scale fabric patterns and 8x8 for wallpapers.

Our fabrics, wallpapers, and pillows are not guaranteed against wear, stains, soils, heat, or sunlight.

For best results, we recommend Professional Dry Cleaning on all of our fabrics. Ask your dry cleaner to use a hydrocarbon solvent only.

For prevention and treatment, we strongly recommend Fiber Seal to all of our customers, especially those with young children and pets. Please click here to find your local Fiber Seal to learn more and get an estimate.

For stain removal, we recommend taking your fabric to a professional dry cleaner because - as with any printed fabric - scrubbing can cause fading.

For wallpaper cleaning, we recommend using a damp rag with light pressure to gently remove any scuffs. As with fabric, scrubbing can cause fading.
