Choosing Your Width

Panel Width

Our standard panels are designed with generous fullness to create a luxurious look. Each finished panel measures 40" wide with 8 pleats and 2 tabs. A set of 10 metal drapery hooks is included with each panel.

Before You Hang Your Panels

Your drapery panels are carefully folded for shipping and may arrive with light creases. This is completely normal.

For the best appearance, we recommend hanging your panels as soon as they arrive and gently steaming them from top to bottom while they’re hanging. The weight of the fabric, combined with light steaming, will help the panels relax into soft, natural folds over the next few days.

Avoid using a hot iron directly on the face of the fabric. A handheld garment steamer is the safest and most effective way to remove wrinkles.

Installation

Each panel arrives with sewn pinch pleats. Simply insert the included metal drapery hooks into the back of each pleat before hanging.

The hooks slide into the woven pockets on the back of each pleat, allowing you to adjust the hook height slightly for the perfect finished length.

Once the hooks are installed, hang the panel on your drapery rings or traverse carriers and gently dress the folds by hand. The pleats will become even more defined after steaming and a few days of hanging.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is your return policy?

    All fabric and wallpaper yardage AND pillow orders are printed to order and, therefore, are customized specifically for you. As such, all fabric and wallpaper yardage and pillow orders are FINAL SALE. Please check all details of your order like measurements, size, features, and color prior to ordering.

    Be sure to inspect all fabric and wallpaper prior to cutting any received yardage. No returns or exchanges can be given after goods have been cut, treated, or altered in any way. Returns are not accepted unless there are significant issues with your order.

    Once you have received your order, we request that you inform us of any problems within 2 business days of receipt of goods. Our team will discuss any issues and print any re-runs that may be necessary.

    What are your lead times?

    All sample orders ship out via USPS and take approximately 1 week to receive. All fabric and wallpaper yardage orders are printed-to-order and take 3 - 4 weeks from order input to receipt of goods.

    Lead times for custom orders are dependent upon the complexity of the project and the client's responsiveness.

    How do I care for my Elliston House goods?

    Our fabrics and wallpapers are not guaranteed against wear, stains, soils, heat, or sunlight.

    For best results, we recommend Professional Dry Cleaning on all of our fabrics. Ask your dry cleaner to use a hydrocarbon solvent only.

    For prevention and treatment, we strongly recommend Fiber Seal to all of our customers, especially those with young children and pets. Please click here to find your local Fiber Seal to learn more and get an estimate.

    For stain removal, we recommend taking your fabric to a professional dry cleaner because - as with any printed fabric - scrubbing can cause fading.

    For wallpaper cleaning, we recommend using a damp rag with light pressure to gently remove any scuffs. As with fabric, scrubbing can cause fading.
